We have a dedicated server is running in Phoenix, AZ, we also have servers in Los Angeles, CA and New Jersey. Depending on the package you choose, we can add additional servers in other locations of your choosing. Either location delivers ultra fast speeds globally, however for best performance we recommend that you choose the location closest to the majority of your visitors.
We have Snapshot Failover over in Los Angeles and the primary server in Phoenix for geographical distribution and and extra layer of security.
Yes you can upgrade at any time.
Accounts are set up between 1-5 hours after payment. You will receive a welcome email with instructions once account setup is complete.
You can pay monthly or for 1, 2 or 3 years up front. If you decide to pre-pay, we offer awesome discounts on our ongoing pricing. A one year prepayment gives you 1 free month, a 2 year prepayment gives you 3 free months and a 3 year prepayment gives you a whole half year free!
We take an automatic server snapshot every 72 hours for all accounts. Customers on our Intermediate or higher plans can restore files directly from these backups by accessing the snapshot server. You can also get in contact with support to initiate on-demand snapshots of your account.
The automated server snapshots we take are identical copies of your site. You can use this to transfer this content to your live site. For more information contact our Support team.

No. We only offer Linux based hosting.
If you haven’t received a welcome email after 24 hours, please write to us from the exact email address you used to signup. We can be reached at support [at] mfwd.com.
Our support team can help with the website migration. We can assist using migration tools, and up to one hour of support to handle any issues. But we should also mention that some sites need a manual migration or additional configuration after migration, should issues come up and clients need our developers to assist, we would do so on an hourly basis.
